SEASONAL SITE FAQS:

Why Can’t I Select A Seasonal Site Online? Online reservations are for daily sites and shelters only. Seasonal sites require a lottery and cannot be reserved online. Please contact us for more information on seasonal sites.

May I purchase a camper/RV from a seasonal guest and keep it on that site? No. Starting in 2019, our seasonal guests cannot sell of their camper/RV while it is on Observation Knob Park property. This means, in order for them to sell their camper, they must first remove it from our property as to not mislead the buyer that the site is included. All campsites at Observation Knob Park are rented via contract. Therefore, seasonal sites cannot be sold or transferred by seasonal guests or this voids their contract. Under no circumstances will Observation Knob Park give seasonal guests permission to leave a camper/RV on a site once if it is listed for sale. If it is sold on site, which violates this policy, the buyer will be required to remove the camper/RV immediately as to not trespass.

When can the public participate in a seasonal lottery? Starting for the 2019 season, public lotteries will be by invitation only. In order to be considered for the invitation only lottery, you must first complete and submit an application along with pictures of all sides of the exterior of your camper/RV. For more details and to pick up an application, you must visit our office in person. Applications cannot be emailed or mailed and must be submitted in person only by those who are inquiring about a site.
